On November 30th, 2021, the company started work on a new highway for the biotechnology hub in Efremov, Tula region.

Construction was completed in record time and ahead of schedule, taking only 3 months instead of 6 months. This was made possible through effective cooperation with the regional government and city administration.

The building and construction works were carried out by a team of 65 people over the full length of the new highway - 3.83 km.
The biotechnology hub in Efremov was established in 2018 after an agreement was signed as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The access road is vital to the hub because it is the only link between the hub and Molodezhnaya Street, as well as the road from Lapotkovo to Efremov.

The road, built by Avtoban Holding, carries over 1,100 vehicles per day and meets all the latest safety standards. It improves the quality of road connections, enabling more efficient logistical transportation. The improved connections help local businesses operate more efficiently and attract new businesses to the area, supporting regional growth and development.
