AVTOBAN-Finance

In 2014, a new business unit of the AVTOBAN Group was established — Joint-Stock Company AVTOBAN-Finance — to manage securities, which is the main and relevant activity of this business unit.

In June 2016, AVTOBAN-Finance, JSC for the first time in the history of the AVTOBAN Group issued bonds for RUB 3 billion. Investors bought the issue in full.
In April 2017, bonds were issued in the amount of RUB 3 billion under the program of exchange-traded bonds for RUB 50 billion at a floating coupon rate.
AVTOBAN-Finance acts in accordance with the financial development strategy of the AVTOBAN Group, attracted investments are aimed at financing current and potential long-term infrastructure projects (public-private partnership projects), financing working capital, as well as optimizing the structure of the company’s debt capital. In October 2019, Avtoban-Finance completed the placement of bonds of the KO-01 series in the amount of RUB 5 billion.
