CRR-3 Production Company was established to manage the project for the construction of the 3rd start-up complex of the Central Ring Road with a length of 105.33 km, which connects the new Moscow — St. Petersburg high-speed highway and M-7 Volga highway and runs along the territory of Solnechnogorsk, Dmitrov, Pushkinsky, Shchelkovsky, Noginsky districts, and Chernogolovka urban district. There are three business units under the management of CRR-3 Production Company: SU-920, SU-925, SPF Stromos.
CRR-3 construction project is being implemented in accordance with the concession agreement for construction and toll operation, signed by the Russian Highways State Company and Avtodorozhnaya Stroitelnaya Korporatsiya, LLC (a special design company established by DSK AVTOBAN, JSC to implement CRR-3 project) on September 16, 2019. The construction deadline is December 2019.
Currently, 100 employees of the AVTOBAN Group involved in CRR-3 project. CRR-3 project has a total of 70 engineering structures with a total length of over 7 km. The largest engineering structure on all of the Central Ring Road projects is a unique bridge over the Moscow Canal on km 258 with a length of 1416 meters. During the work period from September 16, 2016, CRR-3 project management has developed about 3600 volumes of detailed documentation, carried out over 27,000 tests of samples of building materials and finished products and structures. About 100 projects of asphalt and stone mastic asphalt mixtures for the construction of pavement structural layers have been developed and agreed with a technical expert. For the period 2017-2019 over 10,000 calls have been issued for the examination of the work performed, active work is underway with representatives of the customer and the technical expert.
